What should my child wear to their first class?
For the trial, comfortable sports clothing is perfect — something they can move easily in.
Once they join, they’ll receive a uniform.
My child is shy or nervous. Will they be okay?
Absolutely. Many children feel this way at first.
Our classes are designed to be welcoming, gentle, and confidence‑building.

Do I need to sign a long‑term contract?

You start with a trial, and if your child loves it, you can join our monthly membership with no long‑term commitment.
Can we switch our trial if our schedule changes?
Yes — as long as there’s space in the class for your child’s age group, we’re happy to help you move to a different session
What age groups do you teach?
We currently offer classes for children aged 4+, split into age‑specific groups:
- Little Ninjas (4–6)
- Junior & Family (7+)
We do consider 3 year olds dependent on listening and abilities to follow instructions.
Is martial arts safe for children?
Yes. Safety is our top priority.
All classes are structured, supervised, and taught by DBS‑checked coaches.
We focus on discipline, control, and technique — not aggression.
Do parents need to stay during the class?
You’re welcome to stay and watch, especially during the trial.
Once your child is settled, some parents choose to drop off and return at the end of the session.
How do belt promotions work?
We use a structured curriculum designed for specific age groups.
Progress is earned through attendance, effort, and skill development — not pressure.
